jilivi Terms and Conditions

01 Definitions and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the jilivi platform and all services provided on it. "jilivi", "we", "our" refers to the jilivi online gaming platform and its operating entity. "User", "you", "player" refers to any person registered on the platform.

By creating an account or using any service on the jilivi platform, you are considered to have fully read, understood and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

1.1 Applicable Policies

In addition to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy also apply. All of the above policies together form the complete legal framework of jilivi.

02 Account Registration

To enjoy gaming services on the jilivi platform, you must create a personal account. It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.

2.1 Registration Terms

• Each person may hold only one account. Multiple accounts are prohibited.
• The name, address, date of birth and contact information provided at the time of registration must be completely accurate.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential. Sharing your password with any third party is prohibited.
• If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the jilivi support team immediately.
• The account may not be transferred, sold or rented to any third party.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

jilivi may at any time request a national identity card, passport or other documents for identity verification. jilivi reserves the right to temporarily suspend account transactions if verification documents are not submitted within the specified time.

03 Age Limit and Eligibility

The minimum age to use the jilivi platform is 21 years. Registration and gaming activity on this platform is permitted only for those aged 21 or above.

3.1 Ineligible Persons

The following persons may not register or participate in gaming activity on the jilivi platform:

• Any person under 21 years of age.
• Residents of jurisdictions where online gaming is completely prohibited.
• Officers, employees of jilivi and their close relatives.
• Those who have enrolled themselves in a self-exclusion program.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

jilivi provides the facility to deposit and withdraw funds through the most widely used mobile banking services in Bangladesh. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
• Deposited funds must come from your own registered account.
• Using a payment method registered in the name of a third party is prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawal request processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals may only be made through the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed until any active bonus wagering requirements are fulfilled.
• jilivi reserves the right to request additional verification for unusual transactions.

05 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

jilivi offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers for new and regular players. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200. A 25x wagering requirement applies to this bonus.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are applicable only against actual deposits — not as cash rewards.
• Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the specified wagering requirement is met.
• Claiming bonuses across multiple accounts from the same IP address, device or household is prohibited.
• jilivi reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.
• If any fraud or misuse is detected on an account after a bonus has been claimed, the bonus will be forfeited.

5.3 VIP Program

The jilivi VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Through regular gaming activity, players gradually advance to higher tiers and enjoy weekly cashback benefits.

06 Game Rules and Fair Play

jilivi is committed to ensuring fair play. All games are operated through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures the impartiality of every outcome.

• Game outcomes are entirely determined by RNG and are free from any external influence.
• Any winnings obtained due to a technical error may be considered void.
• The use of bots or automated software while playing games is strictly prohibited.
• In the event of a dispute regarding any game rule, jilivi's server logs will be considered the final proof.
• Applying strategy in skill-based games such as chess is permitted, however the use of third-party tools is prohibited.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jilivi platform and involvement in such activities will result in immediate account closure:

• Attempting to obtain bonuses or rewards through fraudulent or deceptive means.
• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering or terrorism financing.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another player's account.
• Any attempt to breach the platform's security systems.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses and offers.
• Harassing, insulting or threatening other players.
• Unauthorised copying or distribution of any software or content of the platform.

08 Account Suspension and Closure

jilivi reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

8.1 Suspension by jilivi

• If any breach of these Terms is proven.
• If there is suspicion that registration was completed with false information.
• If unusual or suspicious transactions are detected on the account.
• On the basis of an order from the relevant authority or a legal requirement.

8.2 Closure by User

You may voluntarily close your account at any time through the jilivi support team. Requests to close an account under a self-exclusion program are also accepted. The balance will be returned on the basis of a valid request, however any unused bonuses will be considered void.

09 Limitation of Liability

jilivi makes every effort to operate a safe and reliable platform. However, jilivi's liability is limited in the following matters:

• Loss caused by failure of third-party networks or services.
• Service disruption due to natural disasters, cyber attacks or any event beyond jilivi's control.
• Loss resulting from the user's own negligence or failure to protect their information.
• Any financial loss resulting from sharing an account password.

Financial decisions related to gaming are entirely your own responsibility. jilivi does not guarantee winnings in any game.

10 Privacy and Data

jilivi gives the utmost importance to the protection of your personal information. Details of how we collect, store and use your information can be found on our Privacy Policy page.

• Your personal information will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
• All data is stored with SSL encryption on secured servers.
• In cases of legal obligation, information may be shared with the relevant authorities.
• Transaction information is retained as part of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy.

11 Responsible Gaming

jilivi believes that gaming is a form of entertainment and should be enjoyed in a limited and controlled manner. We are committed to helping our users develop healthy gaming habits.

12 Changes to Terms

• Continued use of the platform after the changes will be considered as acceptance of the new terms.
• If you do not agree with the new terms, you have the option to close your account.
